Village Walk was constructed in the mid 1970's on what was formerly a Bean Field owned by the Segerstrom Family.  There were six phases of construction starting with the Model Homes located at the Fairview Pool.  Construction was completed with a total of 42 buildings, several greenbelts  two Pools
