Village Walk was constructed in the mid 1970's on what was formerly a bean field owned by the Segerstrom family.  There were six phases of construction starting with the Model Homes located at the Fairview Pool.  Construction was completed with a total of 42 buildings, 255 units, many greenbelts, 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis
